1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

• Used, damaged (by customer), or worn items

• Items returned without original packaging

• Personal care or hygiene products (for safety reasons), unless damaged on arrival

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at emzo70546@gmail.com with:

   • Order number

   • Product name

   • Reason for return

   • Clear photos (if damaged or incorrect)

2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, we will arrange pickup of the item via courier.

3. Refunds

• If the return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method (in this case, COD refunds may be made via bank transfer or store credit).

• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the item.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention this in your return request. Exchange depends on product availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is free if the item is faulty or incorrect.

• For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
