1. Eligibility for Return

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

If approved, we will arrange pickup of the item via courier.
3. Refunds

If the return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method (in this case, COD refunds may be made via bank transfer or store credit).

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the item.
4. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention this in your return request. Exchange depends on product availability.
5. Return Shipping Costs
